the pool was really unsafe. but the breakfast had a nice variety, the rooms were spacious with all the needed amenities, and the cleaning staff did a great job keeping everything tidy.

The location was perfect and marvellous - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The room was relaxing and attractive, greatly enjoyed it.

The King Suite was spacious and clean, a nice bonus. Loved the high-quality shower products and soft-close toilet seat-little luxuries go a long way! Plenty of plug-ins at the work desk helped too. The only downside was a little issue with the microwave door-it could be tricky to close right. It was a pretty solid stay.

All in all they offer great service.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful and absolutely great, everything is perfect. The location is peaceful and exceptionally nice, as the property is based in the middle of jackson. Every visit to Augusta we like to stay here.

I really enjoyed my stay, as I was just a short stroll away from the Augusta Mall and beautiful parks, made for nice walking routes during my weekend explorations.

Breakfast was great, but the fitness center was small and crowded.
